ANP has a refined system established to streamline its production process and deliver the best transcript to its clients. You can be confident that when you outsource your transcripts to us, they are being handled in the most delicate fashion.

Turnaround: Standard turnaround time for most projects is three to five business days from the date the audio arrives. We are fully capable of handling a rush turnaround. We can rush the return of your transcript and have it completed the same day, if the situation requires.

Delivery: All documents are uploaded to a secure FTP server as a Word document. We do provide other formats, like PDFs. Please specify your required format when speaking to your ANP sales representative. We can also provide you with a CD-ROM and hardcopy of your document per your request. You would only incur the additional shipping charge.
