A TRANSCRIPT WITH EMBEDDED TIME CODES

The time code transcript is either our standard or verbatim transcript with time codes entered in the left margin pointing the reader exactly where in the audio (usually a video tape) each sentence was said.

Why Time Code Format?

Time codes are valuable to editing video. They are a useful tool in finding where on the tape a subject said something and what images accompany the quote. Time coding usually accompanies a transcript in the film and advertising industries.
