guaranteed accuracy and quality, ANP does not utilize voice recognition
programs. Instead, ANP has a team of U.S. based, veteran
transcriptionists who work under its high standards of efficiency,
accuracy, and quality, creating a superior written product.
Each transcriptionist has at least five years experience in their
respective fields and comes to ANP with a broad knowledge of the
business. Transcriptionists go through a rigorous testing process that
focuses on their performance with difficult multi-speaker audio and
industry-specific audio with technical terminology.
Our transcriptionists are well-versed in at least one field of expertise
(legal, medical, government, advertising, and corporate) and are matched
up with corresponding client content. Pairing the right transcriptionist
with specific clients accelerates the average turnaround time of the
document. It also reduces the instance of any errors or inconsistencies
in the documents.
We ensure transcript accuracy by rigorously evaluating our transcription
staff and putting all transcripts through a quality control department.
The QC department inspects every document that passes through our doors
checking for accuracy, consistency, terminology, and spelling.
ANP subscribes to all rules and regulations documented under HIPAA,
medical privacy. All sensitive material including patient records and
private meetings are kept confidential throughout the entire
transcription process as each ANP employee is required to agree to our
rules of confidentiality.
