Each transcriptionist has at least five years experience in their respective fields and comes to ANP with a broad knowledge of the business. Transcriptionists go through a rigorous testing process that focuses on their performance with difficult multi-speaker audio and industry-specific audio with technical terminology.

Our transcriptionists are well-versed in at least one field of expertise (legal, medical, government, advertising, and corporate) and are matched up with corresponding client content. We ensure transcript accuracy by rigorously evaluating our transcription staff and putting all transcripts through a quality control department. The QC department inspects every document that passes through our doors checking for accuracy, consistency, terminology, and spelling.
